If you’re like me, you’re likely always searching for the next bit of creative inspiration to keep the momentum going in your children’s ministry. With technology and busy schedules, children and families are moving and changing so quickly.

One of the children’s ministry assistants at my church, recently found a great idea on Pinterest to help us not only come up with creative ideas for our ministry, but also to find out what our families are looking for from our ministry.

This Sunday we put out our “Dream Big” boxes. We placed these boxes, with pens and cards to fill out on our check-in tables, and invited our parents to “Dream Big” for our ministry. I’m not sure where the post was found on Pinterest to give credit, but if it was you, feel free to claim the original idea in the comments!

I am looking forward to finding out what creative ideas are waiting in the minds of the families in our church! Have you tried a box like this before? What was your experience? Leave your thoughts in the comments!
