Many people found the sample of our children’s ministry policy manual helpful. As a result, I decided to also share our packet of information and forms that we give to all people who are interested in joining our children’s ministry team. Like I also stated about the policy manual, we are always altering and tweaking these forms with changes, as we see necessary. In no way am I saying that it is 100% perfect or complete, but feel free to use it as a guide when building your own that will fit your particular church environment.
